Time on My Feet is dedicated to discussing my training for, and participation in, road races, marathons, ultramarathons, bike tours, and, very soon, triathlons. I want to share my experience so that other people who enjoy or are interested in endurance sports can learn from my successes, failures, and maybe get inspired in the process.
My blog posts range from discussing training sessions to race recaps to commentary on different training methods. I’ve also posted my training plan and race calendar. I will update the site as often as I can, as I believe that the more information I post about how I train, the better help I can be to someone else looking for motivation
